DealsPlus offers one seamless platform to manage private equity investment structures. Our aim is to empower our clients to use technology intelligently, giving them visibility and control over their investment structures and streamlining private equity investment processes.

Our team currently has over 20 members, working remotely in United Kingdom and India. Our founders have been providing advice to private equity fund managers for over 20 years, so we have strong domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

You would be part of the onboarding team, providing a strong onboarding experience for new customers, bringing in their deal structures onto our platform and helping our clients manage and maintain those

structures.

Onboarding corporate legal structures onto the DealsPlus platform

• Understanding sometimes complex data sets
• Reviewing the data provided by the clients through to information contained in various legal documents
• Validation of the data through checks and by asking the right questions to the clients
• Flagging any inconsistencies or errors

Supporting customers

• Supporting customers in their journey of making DealsPlus platform a part of their business-as-usual activities
• Dealing directly with customers for Q&A and feedback sessions
• Offering ongoing support after initial onboarding, both on product development and support and customer data

Who are we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated team player, who is committed to accomplishing great objectives and enthusiastic about our mission. The successful candidate will display:

• A desire to be an early employee working on a project from the very beginning which includes breaking a lot of new ground and having a big impact on the overall shape of the product and service
• An openness to learn and understand the needs of our highly demanding B2B customers’ and the problem we are solving for them
• An ability to problem-solve independently and to identify creative solutions
• A great attention to details and proactive approach in delivering clients’ needs

Desirable qualities include

• Accounting and/or CoSec/Legal background with minimum 3 years of experience in the field
• Optional: Experience with B2B products or professional services for highly demanding professional customers

Skills

• Qualified company secretary OR a chartered accountant in the UK or India
• Comfortable with reading legal agreements and understanding their contents
• Very good spoken and written English
• Diligent and detailed orientated
• Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Independent thinker able to spot both own and others’ mistakes
• Low ego and ability to speak up – basic questions are asked and raised to prevent crucial errors slip
• Comfortable working with new digital tools and always looking to improve work processes
• Desire to contribute to DealsPlus’ overall product and service development
