Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-centric Front Desk Executive to be the face of Material Depot’s office or experience centre. You will be the first point of contact for clients, designers, vendors, and partners visiting our workspace, and you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front-office experience.

Work Location and Timings:

Location: Hyderabad (Kompally and Wipro Circle)

Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, including designers, architects, vendors, and customers, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, email inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate guest access.
• Provide accurate information about Material Depot’s services, products, and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, design support) to facilitate meetings and events.
• Receive and sort incoming mail, courier packages, and material samples.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
