About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Executive who wants to build a career in partnerships, alliances, and revenue-led collaborations.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to working with banks, fintechs, and consumer brands, and understands how partnerships can drive real business impact.

You’ll work closely to identify opportunities, support deal execution, and contribute to campaigns that directly influence transactions and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential brand partners (banks, fintech, consumer brands)
• Support the development and execution of partnership deals and campaigns
• Assist in structuring offers such as cashback, discounts, and EMI plans
• Work with internal teams (marketing, performance, content) to launch co-branded campaigns
• Track basic performance metrics like traffic, transactions, and campaign impact
• Build and maintain relationships with partners for repeat collaborations

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, sales, or brand collaborations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Interest in business, deals, and revenue-driven work
• Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta, Google, CRM) is a plus
