Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle
• Drive seamless functioning of Zoho tools (Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Payroll)
• Handle payroll processing, compliance, and statutory requirements
• Oversee HR audits, documentation, and process standardization
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and HRIS data accuracy
• Lead onboarding and exit processes ensuring smooth transitions
• Address employee grievances and maintain strong employee relations
• Execute engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
• Support administrative HR functions and policy implementation

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Master’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–4 years of hands-on HR operations experience
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho suite (Recruit, People, Payroll)
• Solid understanding of payroll, compliance, and audits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
