The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role that sits across logistics coordination, basic accounting, and general administration. It suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Coordinating shipments, creating waybills and following up with courier partners and freight forwarders
• Tracking orders and shipments and flagging delays or issues
• Creating packing lists, invoices and purchase orders
• Inventory management of products and supplies
• Tracking pricing across suppliers and producing comparison documents to identify cost trends and opportunities
• Conducting regular competitor research — monitoring other brands on pricing, product range, stockists, promotions, and market positioning
• Assisting management with emails, documentation, scheduling of calls
• Maintaining organised digital records across shared systems
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar admin, logistics, or operations role
• Comfortable with numbers and basic bookkeeping (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Well-organised with good attention to detail
• A self-starter who can manage their own time working remotely
• Interest in fashion or e-commerce is a bonus, but not required
