Role : Manger/Senior Manager

Full-Time Experience: 4–8 Years (3PL Warehouse & Supply Chain Management) 

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Client 3PL Operations: Manage simultaneous 3PL warehouse operations for multiple clients -inbound, outbound, inventory, manpower, and dispatch.

• Client Management: Onboard new clients, design client-specific SOPs within shared warehouse infrastructure, and ensure full inventory segregation.

• Control Tower: Act as central command for operational escalations, real-time dashboards, and SLA monitoring across all accounts.

• Project Management: Lead supply chain projects end-to-end; drive automation, layout optimisation, and cost reduction initiatives.

• Reporting & MIS: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Flash Reports and MIS at both individual client and portfolio levels.

• Productivity & Cost: Improve picks/hour, dispatch productivity, and vehicle TAT; identify savings across logistics, labour, and storage

Key Skills

• Multi-client 3PL warehousing experience (CoE prerequisite)

• Supply Chain KPIs – Fill Rate, OTIF, TAT, Inventory Accuracy

• Control Tower & Project Management

• Advanced Excel, MIS & Analytics

• Strong stakeholder & client communication

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA / B.Com / B.Tech preferred)

• MBA in Supply Chain / Operations
