Job Title: Executive Creative Producer

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Creative Producer (ECP) who can bridge creative vision, storytelling, and production execution across branded content, films, and digital IPs.

This role requires someone who can own the entire lifecycle—from ideation and pitching to execution and final delivery—while ensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Leadership

• Translate brand briefs into compelling content ideas and narratives
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Strategists, and Clients to shape film, branded content, and IP concepts
• Drive storytelling quality, tone, and innovation across projects

2. Production Oversight

• Own end-to-end production (pre-production → shoot → post)
• Manage production partners, directors, and internal teams
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met

3. Client & Pitch Ownership

• Lead or co-lead pitching for films, branded content, and video IPs
• Present ideas and production approaches confidently to clients
• Act as a strategic partner to clients on content and storytelling

4. Team & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with:
• Creative teams
• Account management
• Media & strategy teams
• Mentor producers and junior team members
• Build a strong network of directors, DOPs, and production vendors

5. Content & IP Development

• Identify opportunities for scalable content formats and IPs
• Stay updated with culture, platforms, and storytelling trends
• Drive innovation in formats (digital-first films, social content, branded series)

Key Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in Adflim Production with reputed advertising agencies:
• Production houses
• Creative agencies (e.g., Schbang-type setups)
• Branded content / film production
• Proven experience in executing large-scale shoots and campaigns
• Strong understanding of:
• Film production workflows
• Budgeting & vendor management
• Digital content ecosystems
