Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of US IT recruiters
- Assign requirements and monitor team performance
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT positions
- Work closely with clients and account managers to understand requirements
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates
- Review resumes and ensure quality standards are met
- Track daily/weekly team metrics and report performance
- Train and mentor team members
