Senior US IT Recruiter (W2 Hiring) Full Time NEW

We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with 4+ years of experience specializing in W2 hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for US-based clients, with a strong focus on W2 consultants and the ability to convert and manage H1B transfer candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT positions (sourcing to onboarding).
• Source and recruit candidates strictly on W2 (No C2C / No Third-party).
• Identify, engage, and convert H1B candidates for transfer opportunities.
• Work closely with account managers and clients to understand job requirements.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and internal databases effectively.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate compensation, terms, and onboarding details with candidates.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Keep track of submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS tools.
• Stay updated with US staffing trends, visa types, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in W2 hiring model.
• Proven experience in handling H1B transfers and understanding visa processes.
• Expertise in sourcing through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
• Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
