To support our growing business in India, we are hiring a Management Trainee (1 year Contractual Role) for our Noida office it is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in the evolving education ecosystem.

How are you creating an impact?

As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to how a global product organization operates. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to real business projects, and understand how products are ideated, built, and scaled to create meaningful impact for learners.

What will you be doing?

• Participate in 2–3 structured rotations across different teams/functions over 12 months
• Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on ongoing business projects
• Support product ideation, development, and go-to-market initiatives
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities
• Contribute to building business cases and solutions for new initiatives
• Assist in product development lifecycle including editorial, production, and delivery
• Support marketing initiatives including campaigns, promotions, and content creation
• Analyze business performance, user behavior, and contribute to data-driven decision making
• Gain exposure to business fundamentals such as scalability, profitability, and unit economics

We are looking for someone having:

• A Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Good research and business understanding skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• High ownership, execution focus, and willingness to learn
• Prior internships, certifications, or extracurricular exposure will be an added advantage
