• Be the face of Indian Snack House
• Create viral, high-performing content daily
• Turn our products into stories people share
• Build a community, not just followers

🔥 What You’ll Do

1. Be the Brand (Host + Storyteller)

• Shoot and feature in content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Build a relatable, authentic personality around food, nostalgia & culture
• Make Indian Snack House feel like a person, not a company

2. Drive Viral Content

• Come up with high-volume, high-quality content ideas daily
• Crack formats that work on Instagram, YouTube Shorts & ads
• Mix storytelling, humor, nostalgia, and product hooks

3. Build in Public

• Show behind-the-scenes (vendors, sourcing, taste testing, failures)
• Create trust with customers through transparency
• Turn customers into fans

4. Own Performance

• Create and test ad creatives
• Work closely with growth team to scale winning content

⚡ What We’re Looking For

• Someone who has already tried to build something on the internet (page, channel, brand, anything)
• Extremely strong content instinct — you know what works before it trends
• Comfortable on camera (non-negotiable)
• Obsessed with consumer psychology & storytelling
• Can think in hooks, retention, and shareability
• Hunger to create something massive

• Has created viral content before
• Strong understanding of food / culture / Indian audience
• Can write, shoot, and execute end-to-end
