About the Role
We are hiring an Operations Associate – Bespoke to manage high-touch, non-standard service requests that require judgment, coordination, and precise execution.
This is not a routine operations role. You will handle unique, often unstructured requests across categories, working across vendors, timelines, and constraints to ensure outcomes meet a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bespoke, non-standard service requests across categories including home services, documentation, mobility, and lifestyle
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time operational challenges with speed and ownership
- Maintain clear, structured communication with clients and internal teams throughout the request lifecycle
- Ensure high service standards and consistent client experience across all interactions
- Track requests end-to-end, follow through proactively, and ensure complete closure
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, concierge, or similar roles
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and fast-changing requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a calm, solution-first approach
- Comfortable managing vendors and on-ground execution
Good to Have
- Experience handling high-expectation clients or bespoke service requests
- Exposure to vendor management and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Experience in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
