If you are a fresh graduate eager to gain real-world experience in a fast-moving service consultancy? Xellr is looking for a motivated Admin & HR Intern to join our Dubai team.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR systems accurately
• Managing company linkedin page and support in promotion and marketing.
• Help administer leave, attendance tracking, and basic payroll inputs
• Handle day-to-day office administration including vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities
• Support visa and work permit processing in line with UAE labor regulations
• Assist in drafting HR documents: offer letters, contracts, policies, and memos
• Be a go-to point of contact for employee queries and help foster a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in HR, admin, or a related people-facing role
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Discreet, reliable, and comfortable handling confidential information
• A proactive, can-do attitude — you don’t wait to be told twice
