3. Collect payments and handle sales-related queries.
4. Submit reports to the sales manager or branch head.

6. Analyze and summarize sales problems, dealer performance, and product issues.
7. Maintain continuous contact with customers and designers to present company products.

9. Coordinate effectively with the internal team.

11. Handle collections, pending payments, and debtor status while ensuring nil outstanding.
12. Implement strategies for augmenting business, identifying and penetrating new market segments, and promoting the brand for business excellence.
13. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
14. Identify potential customers to prospect for new business.
15. Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
16. Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure timely delivery of materials at customer sites and select cost-effective modes of transportation.
17. Monitor projects at a micro level and keep updates on day-to-day activities of branches and projects in respective regions.
