Looking for an experienced sales executive to join our successful, passionate and expanding team. This individual should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. He/She should be comfortable influencing customers, backed by a strong understanding of the customer’s business objectives and the capabilities of our solution and should strive to make the customer’s technology investments successful in achieving the intended objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales and sales process management:
1. Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets
2. Analyze the requirements of clients, their pre-requisites and objectives
3. Submit business proposals and close deals
4. Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers
5. Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our services
6. Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities when appropriate
B. Attending enquiry calls:
1. Generate leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls
2. Call clients and understand their requirements
3. Coordinate the execution of training feedback and related activities
C. Account management:
1. Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically
2. Analyze sales and metrics data from accounts to help evolve strategy
3. Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
4. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
5. Identify new clients and manage interaction over the phone while introducing the company
6. Update existing clients with upcoming new offerings
7. Consult with existing clients to meet their specific needs and requirements
8. Develop extensive mailing lists to announce the launch of new offerings
9. Organize marketing activities within accounts
10. Maintain customer relationships by conducting various activities such as sending greetings and mailers on festive occasions
