Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. As the Director of Operations & Business development, you are the primary force multiplier for the group. This is a high-level leadership mandate that sits at the intersection of two distinct industries: Mrineh EdTech and Ardevaé (Luxury Furniture). You will function as the CEO’s strategic proxy, possessing the authority to lead, decide, and execute across the entire business portfolio. This role is built for an operator who thrives on total ownership and has the mental agility to manage two diametrically opposed business models simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Command & Business Continuity:

• Global Oversight: Take full accountability for the end-to-end operations of both brands. You are responsible for ensuring that the agility of a tech startup and the uncompromising standards of luxury manufacturing thrive in parallel.
• Strategic Proxy: Act as the primary decision-maker on all operational matters. You will represent the firms in high-stakes negotiations, lead cross-functional departments, and serve as the authoritative voice of the businesses with external partners.
• Systems Architecture: Audit, design, and re-engineer business workflows. You will optimize the global supply chain and logistics for Ardevaé’s luxury production while simultaneously overseeing the product development roadmap and scaling strategies for Mrineh.

2. Strategic Growth & Execution:

• KPI Management: Define, track, and exceed performance metrics across both companies. You will bridge the gap between long-term vision and daily execution.
• Crisis Mitigation: You are the first line of defense. You will identify systemic bottlenecks and market risks before they impact the business, implementing rapid-response solutions that protect the brands’ reputation and revenue.
• Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, human capital, and technological assets with surgical precision to ensure maximum ROI across the portfolio.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred but we value demonstrable results over titles.
• Strategic Certification: Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, or Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CPIM) are considered a significant advantage.
• Experience: 5-7 + years of demonstrable success in a senior leadership role (COO, VP of Operations, or General Manager).
• Dual-Industry Expertise: Proven experience managing both a digital product (SaaS/EdTech) and a physical product (Manufacturing/Retail/Luxury). You must understand the “how” of making things and the “why” of scaling tech.
• P&L Ownership: Extensive experience in full Profit & Loss (P&L) management, budgeting, and financial forecasting for complex organizations.
• Team Evolution: Experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams through periods of hyper-growth or business transformation.
