Systems Administrator – India

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience in systems administration, data management, or administrative support within a corporate environment is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and SharePoint, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to navigate complex internal systems, handle sensitive information discreetly, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
The Systems Administrator will support the team by managing a variety of administrative tasks with precision and care. This includes reviewing, validating, and approving rate requests, updating case information, and monitoring budgets within internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role involves acting as a key point of contact for incoming rate requests, ensuring they meet set guidelines, and processing rate updates in internal platforms while tracking changes for reporting and audit purposes.
Additionally, the role supports customer-related data projects, updating case information in systems such as Legal X and reviewing budget details based on client requirements. The administrator will also provide general administrative support, including arranging meetings, preparing documents, organizing shared resources, and assisting with internal communications, reports, and presentations. Maintaining organized records and documentation is crucial to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Collaboration with colleagues across different departments is vital to keep operational processes on track and support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed. The role requires a structured approach, a commitment to accuracy, and a proactive attitude to support the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
