Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business development for growing sales in learning solutions and content development
2. Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets
3. Demonstrate ability to develop strong consultative client relationships with learning heads, BU heads, IT director/CIO levels
4. Own and drive bookings, revenue, and margins for PAN India and international markets
5. Create and manage database of prospects and leads and establish connections
6. Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement
7. Run sales campaigns in all T1 and T2 cities
8. Develop and execute according to a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers and geographies
9. Analyze sales and metrics data from accounts to help evolve strategy
10. Demonstrate a strong business management background including strengths across technology consulting, sales, and business development
11. Drive net new business in untapped customers and geographies
12. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
13. Conduct training needs assessments with customers
14. Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of emerging technologies as well as best practice implementations
15. Evangelize SATV and certification at customers
16. Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies
17. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans
18. Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates
19. Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management
20. Create and articulate compelling value propositions around learning services
21. Analyze sales and metrics data from accounts to help evolve strategy
22. Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities when appropriate
