Office Assistance Warehouse Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update warehouse records, stock entries, and documentation
• Handle data entry in ERP/Excel for inward and outward materials
• Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, and inventory teams
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and reports
• Track shipments and update status regularly
• Manage filing of documents (physical & digital)
• Assist in purchase order processing and vendor coordination
• Handle basic communication via phone/email with clients and suppliers
• Support HR/admin tasks when required (attendance, records, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy in inventory records and report discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Diploma
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/admin/logistics role
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
