Full job description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily food & beverage cost and control wastage
- Manage inventory, stock audits, and variance reports
- Ensure proper purchase, receiving, and storage procedures
- Analyze costing, menu pricing, and profitability
- Coordinate with kitchen & service team for cost control measures
- Maintain MIS reports, sales reports, and consumption tracking
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and hygiene standards
- Identify and reduce pilferage, over-portioning, and losses
- Support management with budgeting and forecasting
