We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Operations Manager to establish and oversee the agent network. This is a foundational role where you will be instrumental in building the infrastructure for local transaction processing from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
The Payment Manager acts as the central point of contact and operational backbone for our local Payment Agents:
Data Management & Reporting: Accurately completing and maintaining data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) and promptly submitting reports.
Agent Sourcing & Communication: Actively searching for and engaging with potential Payment Agents and Mobile Cashiers in Bhutan.
Problem Resolution: Serving as the primary point of contact to address and resolve operational issues and challenges encountered by the Payment Agents.
Operational Support: Ensuring smooth communication and efficient data flow between the local market and the central processing team.
Compensation & Benefits
Initial Salary: 50,000 BTN per month.
Performance Bonus: An additional 10,000 BTN bonus for timely data submission and maintaining a seamless operation.
Salary review and potential increase upon successful completion of the probation period.
Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Work Environment: Fully remote.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Dzongkha.
Technical Skills: Proven experience with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).
Organizational Skills: Punctuality and strong executive functioning (diligence/executiveness) are essential.
Operational Literacy: Ability to effectively use web programs, understand spreadsheet logic, and read technical documents/reports.
Advantageous Experience: Basic background in leadership or analytical roles is a strong plus.
