Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Store In-Charge to manage our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes pride in a well-organized workspace, enjoys leading a small team, and ensures that stock is always accounted for. computer skills are required; we will provide training on our simple internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Management: Receive incoming deliveries, verify quantities against invoices, and organize storage.
Team Leadership: Supervise and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Daily Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe for staff and customers.
Manual Records: Maintain daily logs of stock movement and simple sales reports.
Opening/Closing: Responsible for securing the premises and managing keys.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment.
Honest, punctual, and physically fit.
Basic mental math skills for counting and inventory.
Ability to use a mobile phone for communication (WhatsApp/Calls).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹28,000.00 per month
