Endpoint Management Engineer (Intune) Full Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Endpoint Management Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate must have practical experience in setting up Intune from scratch, deploying devices, and managing and troubleshooting endpoints across Windows, Android, and Apple ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end setup and configuration of Microsoft Intune
• Manage device lifecycle: enrolment, provisioning, configuration, compliance, and decommissioning
• Deploy and manage Windows laptops, Android devices, iPhones, and iPads via Intune
• Configure and manage Autopilot, BYOD, and corporate device enrollment methods
• Deploy applications, patches, and updates across all managed endpoints
• Implement and manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, policy application, app deployment, and access
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD (Entra ID) and support Conditional Access policies
• Provide L2/L3 support for endpoint-related incidents and user issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Intune setup, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Experience managing Windows, Android, and iOS/iPadOS devices
• Strong knowledge of MDM/MAM concepts and real-world implementation
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning
• Familiarity with Azure AD / Entra ID and identity-based device management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and Conditional Access
• Knowledge of patch management and automation
• Microsoft certifications
