About the Company:
Ignition Autocare is a fast-growing UK-based automotive company operating a modern, high-volume workshop in Castleford, England.
We are expanding internationally and setting up a dedicated team in India to support our UK operations.
Job Description:
- We are hiring fluent English-speaking candidates for a UK process role.
- You will be responsible for communicating with UK-based suppliers to source vehicle parts and support our workshop operations.
- This is not a typical call centre role – strong communication and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact UK suppliers to check price & availability of parts
- Speak clearly and confidently in English on phone calls
- Coordinate with the UK workshop team
- Handle WhatsApp and email communication
- Maintain accurate records of orders and responses
- Assist with customer communication when required

Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in BPO / call centre / customer service
- IELTS or spoken English training
- Experience handling international clients
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- UK Shift (Afternoon to Evening IST)
