Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and hiring pipelines
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication
