SAP Ariba Lead Consultant (f/m/d) – India Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the customers throughout the lifecycle of an Ariba implementation, making sure that SAP Ariba’s methodology is followed, and performing Quality Assurance as needed.
• Expected to have a hands-on experience and knowledge of procurement processes.
• Synthesize learnings into a logical story using quantitative/qualitative data and/or sound reasoning.
• Quickly learn new features and innovations in Ariba solutions & confidently present them to the customers.
• Comfortable working in an international environment where you must collaborate with a team remotely.
• Able to establish credibility and being considered as a trusted advisor to the customer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-12 years of SAP work experience with Ariba Modules & domain experience
• Hands on experience in upstream and downstream modules
• Experience in minimum 3 Ariba implementation projects
• Worked on at least 2-3 Support/AMS project & at least 1 SAP Ariba implementation project and procurement processes
• Hands on experience in configuring the Ariba modules confirming to the clients’ standards & requirements
• Should be able to lead a team of at least 4-5 resources
• Should have worked as a delivery lead for support projects
• Deep skills and experience in design, implementation, and deployment of SAP Ariba On- Demand solutions both from strategic and operational.
• Good communication skills with clear expression using language with precision.
• Broad knowledge of Ariba solutions and understanding of cloud integration methods with ECC or S/4 HANA.
• Expected to have a hands-on experience and knowledge of procurement processes.
• Able to lead customer workshops and design solutions meeting the customer requirements.
