Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the customers throughout the lifecycle of an Ariba implementation, making sure that SAP Ariba’s methodology is followed, and performing Quality Assurance as needed.
- Expected to have a hands-on experience and knowledge of procurement processes.
- Synthesize learnings into a logical story using quantitative/qualitative data and/or sound reasoning.
- Quickly learn new features and innovations in Ariba solutions & confidently present them to the customers.
- Comfortable working in an international environment where you must collaborate with a team remotely.
- Able to establish credibility and being considered as a trusted advisor to the customer.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-12 years of SAP work experience with Ariba Modules & domain experience
- Hands on experience in upstream and downstream modules
- Experience in minimum 3 Ariba implementation projects
- Worked on at least 2-3 Support/AMS project & at least 1 SAP Ariba implementation project and procurement processes
- Hands on experience in configuring the Ariba modules confirming to the clients’ standards & requirements
- Should be able to lead a team of at least 4-5 resources
- Should have worked as a delivery lead for support projects
- Deep skills and experience in design, implementation, and deployment of SAP Ariba On- Demand solutions both from strategic and operational.
- Good communication skills with clear expression using language with precision.
- Broad knowledge of Ariba solutions and understanding of cloud integration methods with ECC or S/4 HANA.
- Expected to have a hands-on experience and knowledge of procurement processes.
- Able to lead customer workshops and design solutions meeting the customer requirements.
