We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with domain registration, web hosting, and website services. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving basic technical and billing issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will also document interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed.
