Your future duties and responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities: –

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with 5–8+ years of experience in Functional Analysis / Business Analysis roles within Supply Chain and Planning systems. The role requires deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications that drive high-quality technical implementations.

The Functional Analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, technical leads, and developers to design, build, test, and deploy solutions that improve supply chain planning capabilities.

Business Analysis

• Understand and analyse Supply Chain Planning processes including Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Deployment, Order Promising, Order to Cash, and Sourcing.
• Work closely with business teams to capture, challenge, and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Create Functional Design Documents (FDD) and ensure alignment with technical teams.
• Collaborate with developers, solution consultants, and technical leads to validate design and implementation approaches.
• Conduct solution demonstrations when required.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story creation.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Testing & Implementation

Python AND SQL AND ETL Testing AND AI

• Define and execute functional test cases and test scenarios.
• Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployments.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support to ensure solution stability.

Production Support

• Provide Level 3 support for production incidents and complex system issues.
• Identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with support teams and developers to resolve issues efficiently.

• Assist developers during build to clarify requirements and validate solutions.

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL / PL-SQL and data analysis skills
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications

Agile Experience

• Experience working in Scaled Agile / SAFe environments
• Comfortable working with user stories, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery

Preferred

• Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Chain Planning solutions

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to challenge requirements and drive process improvements

• Work schedule aligned with European teams (CET hours) when required.
