As an IT Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital and software-based projects, including internal applications, website portals, and social media channels. This role demands a combination of technical development skills and digital marketing understanding, ensuring our online presence reflects our engineering excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- > Design, develop, and maintain company web portals, internal dashboards, and web-based tools.
- > Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional software/applications.
- > Manage existing software systems, troubleshoot bugs, and implement improvements.
- > Oversee hosting, domain, and database operations.
- > Plan and execute basic social media and digital marketing campaigns to improve online reach.
- > Monitor analytics and performance of web and digital assets.
- > Maintain proper documentation for development tasks and user guides.
- > Provide IT support for software or system-related issues internally.
Qualification
- > Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- > Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong portfolios or internships may apply).
Skills Required
- > Proficient in one or more of the following: PHP, Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar.
- > Frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, React or Angular (optional).
- > Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media algorithms.
- > Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for business promotion.
- > Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- > Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- > Good written and verbal communication skills.
