Accounts & Data Analytics Executive Full Time NEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge in accounting, excellent data entry skills, and the ability to work on data analytics and marketing dashboards. The role involves managing financial records, analyzing data, and supporting business decisions through accurate reporting and insights.

1. Accounting & Finance

• Maintain and update accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
• Handle invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
• Prepare basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

2. Data Entry & Management

• Perform high-speed and accurate data entry
• Maintain databases and ensure data integrity
• Organize and update financial and operational records regularly

3. Data Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze business and financial data to generate insights
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify trends and suggest improvements

4. Marketing Dashboard Support

• Update and manage marketing performance dashboards
• Track campaign performance (leads, conversions, ROI, etc.)
• Coordinate with marketing team for data requirements

5. General Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of reports
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data
• Collaborate with team members remotely
• Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboard software effectively

Key Skills Required

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹21,500.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
