About The Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in mobile and web application development projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in requirement gathering, documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from discovery to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and analyze business requirements and propose suitable solutions for web and mobile application projects
• Handle requirement gathering, proposal writing, and client discussions
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS documents, UML diagrams, use-case diagrams, and DFD
• Conduct project scope analysis, feature extraction, and effort estimation
• Manage the discovery phase including wireframes and functional documentation
• Coordinate with development, sales, and marketing teams for project alignment
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery with quality standards
• Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in IT services (mobile/web development)
• Strong knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, and documentation processes
• Experience in requirement gathering and solution analysis
• Good understanding of UML, wireframes, and functional documentation
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work in different time zones and coordinate with global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
