Role Description
This is a full-time on-site IT Support role based in Guwahati. The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing technical and help desk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining desktop computers. The role may also require assisting in the setup, maintenance, and repair of IT systems to ensure seamless business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Technical Support and troubleshooting IT-related issues
- Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers and other relevant hardware
- Proven expertise in Information Technology and Help Desk Support processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for efficient issue resolution
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to on-site work environments
- Prior experience in IT support roles is a plus
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/ in ECE/CSE/IT, or related field preferred
