Scope of Work:
- Manage day-to-day operations with marketplace partners
- Execute product onboarding: listings, assortments, and variant launches.
- Coordinate documentation, NDAs, and compliance approvals.
- Track and resolve partner queries, delays, and order fulfilment issues.
- Implement pricing, and promotional assets.
- Execute shipment logistics: packaging specs, pallet/container planning, phased deliveries.
- Monitor cancellations, non-serviceable pin codes, and operational bottlenecks.
What We’re Looking For:
- E-Commerce/Quick Com or Retail operation experience
- Good communication skills, be a fast learner and have the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced development environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with empathy and precision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience:1-2 years
