Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering, product, and data teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top tech talent in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.)
- Source candidates via platforms like **LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline health)
- Stay updated with latest tech trends and hiring practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills (e.g., Java, Python, Golang, React, AWS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for product-based or startup companies
- Exposure to niche hiring
- Experience in campus hiring or lateral hiring at scale
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking for tech roles
