Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Local Purchase cum Logistic Executive with experience in Zoho Books. The responsibilities include managing local purchases, overseeing the logistics process, and maintaining supplier relationships. Additional duties involve coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of materials, managing inventory, and utilizing Zoho Books for documentation and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee the end-to-end process of procurement and distribution effectively.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage vendor relationships and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books for inventory tracking, purchase recording, and expense management.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in logistics or procurement, especially within the sports infrastructure sector, is an advantage.
• Proficient in using standard office software and able to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
