Logistics & Warehousing Executive
Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Warehousing Executive to manage end-to-end order processing and supply chain coordination across D2C and B2B channels. The role requires strong operational control, coordination skills, and the ability to handle multiple delivery partners efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Order ProcessingProcess daily orders from website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Ensure timely order confirmation, packing, and dispatch
- B2B Logistics ManagementPlan and execute bulk shipments to B2B marketplaces and partners
- Coordinate with warehouse team for inventory allocation and dispatch readiness
- Courier & Delivery CoordinationWork closely with multiple delivery partners for smooth pickups and deliveries
- Monitor shipment tracking and ensure timely delivery
- RTO (Return to Origin) ManagementAnalyze and minimize RTO rates through proactive measures
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Escalation HandlingStay updated on shipment issues, delays, and escalations
- Resolve operational challenges quickly with internal and external stakeholders
- Inventory & Warehouse CoordinationEnsure proper stock movement and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse team for inward and outward operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (E-commerce preferred)
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good understanding of courier operations and shipping workflows
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (E-commerce preferred)

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good understanding of courier operations and shipping workflows
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
