Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and salary structures
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable regulations
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and reimbursements
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliations
- Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax
- Support audits by providing necessary payroll data and documentation
- Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information
