Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Order Execution Manager to manage end-to-end customer order processing and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution, compliance with customer requirements, and smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of customer orders in coordination with the operations team
• Follow and implement customer order compliance requirements
• Prepare labeling instructions for the production department
• Coordinate closely with the production and manufacturing teams
• Work on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems
• Prepare and share pick lists and order summaries with the operations team
• Coordinate internally regarding product availability and order readiness
• Maintain smooth communication across operations, production, and manufacturing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in order management / sales operations / supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with EDI systems
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel and order management tools/ERP systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment



Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or production coordination
• Prior experience in export/import or compliance-driven industries
