Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership in breaking down business problems into actionable tasks and assist in execution across teams
- Follow up on ongoing projects and ensure tasks are completed till closure
- Track sales performance and key metrics, and work on basic analysis like conversions, productivity, and funnel gaps
- Support initiatives focused on improving revenue and overall business outcomes
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and bring insights on what’s working
- Assist in testing and tracking small experiments and new ideas
- Build and maintain trackers, and work with data to identify patterns and gaps
- Use Excel for basic analysis including formulas, data cleaning, and simple reporting
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth execution
- Follow up regularly and ensure alignment across teams on tasks and deliverables
