Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with a strong background in C2C (Corp-to-Corp) marketing. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in marketing bench consultants and building strong vendor/client relationships in the US IT staffing market.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum relevant experience in US IT Bench Sales (C2C marketing is mandatory)
• Strong experience in marketing bench consultants (H1B, GC, USC, EADs)
• Well-established network with Tier-1 vendors / direct clients / MSPs
• Ability to negotiate rates, close deals, and place consultants quickly
• Hands-on experience with job portals, vendor lists, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
