Role Overview
We are hiring an HR Executive with minimum 1 year of experience to handle recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Managing employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Implementing HR policies and handling employee relations
- Coordinating performance reviews and engagement activities
- Supporting payroll inputs and HR reports
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and HR processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: Office (Every Saturday – Work From Home)
Location: Noida – Sector 62
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
