Job Title: Site Engineer – Civil (Fresher Experience) Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Summary
We are hiring fresh civil engineering graduates to support our on-site activities. The role involves supervising construction work, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors, and reporting project progress to senior engineers and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in site supervision and execution of day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers for smooth project execution
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship
- Take site measurements and maintain daily progress reports (DPRs)
- Assist in checking levels, layout marking, and rebar placements
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at the site
- Report any site issues or discrepancies to the project head
- Support in basic project documentation and communication with the office team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers Welcome)
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to site conditions
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is a plus
- Willingness to work at different project sites within Bangalore
