Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Davangere for a Cluster Warehouse Operation Manager. The individual will oversee daily warehouse operations across multiple locations and ensure optimal inventory control, adherence to operational standards, and smooth logistical functions. The role requires a focus on customer service, staff supervision, and effective implementation of processes to maintain operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, is essential.

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Warehouse Management processes.
• Expertise in Inventory Control to manage and monitor stock accuracy.
• Customer Service skills to address and resolve client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software for warehouse and inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the agri-logistics or commodities management sector is an advantage.
