Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

Telecalling executives are expected to make outbound calls as well as manage inbound calls from customers to promote services/products, generate leads, and maintain relations with the customers. Communication skills, persuading ability, and computer literacy are the essential requirements for this post.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Outbound calls to prospects/customers

Inbound calls and customer support

Effective marketing of the services/products

Generation of leads and conversion into sales

Maintenance of the customers’ data base

Follow-up with customers from time-to-time

Meeting target calls/sales numbers set for each day/week/month

Handling of customers’ complains with professionalism

Providing feedback to managers regarding customer demands

Skills Required:

Effective communication skills

Listening and persuasion abilities

Fundamental computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)

Rejection and pressure tolerance

Efficient time management and multitasking skills

Positive disposition and customer-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum qualification: 12th class pass / graduate degree (preferably)

Experience:

0 to 2 years (fresh graduates may apply)

Fluency in language (English, Hindi, or local language such as Odia)

Working Conditions:

Office environment or work from home (as per organization)

Shifts may be rotational or day shift

Pay: ₹18,086.00 – ₹26,200.45 per month
