Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Support – Specialist L1.5 based in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, identifying and resolving system issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to support tickets, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring that clients receive timely assistance and resolutions.
