About the Role:

We’re seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager – Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and build scalable BI solutions across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Design and manage Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations

📊 Build and optimize ETL pipelines across multiple data sources

📈 Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks with stakeholders

🚚 Ensure data accuracy, performance, and automation of reporting workflows

📣 Translate business needs into technical BI solutions and insights

🤝 Collaborate across teams (Ops, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, CX)

Requirements:

✅ 8–10+ years in BI / Data Analytics roles

✅ Strong expertise in Tableau (Desktop & Server)

✅ Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data modeling

✅ Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)

Preferred:

⭐ Exposure to Cloud BI ecosystems (AWS / Azure / GCP)

⭐ Experience in QSR / Retail / FMCG analytics
