Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with the founders in building and scaling new growth opportunities for the brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to operate like a founder owning initiatives from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth channels, and product ideas
- Own end-to-end execution of new initiatives from concept to launch (0→1)
- Work closely with founders on high-impact strategic projects
- Launch and scale new products, categories, or revenue streams
- Collaborate across teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) for execution
- Analyze data, customer insights, and market trends to drive decisions
- Build and optimize processes for scalability and efficiency
- Take full ownership of targets, performance, and outcomes

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in startups, consulting, business roles, or D2C brands
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to execute independently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
