IT INTERN – INFRASTRUCTURE & NETWORKING

As an IT Infrastructure & Networking Intern, you will support the daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of corporate office and boutique IT systems. You’ll work closely with the IT team, assisting with scheduled maintenance, incident response, and documentation. This role offers hands-on experience in IT operations, exposure to industry best practices, and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

• Assist in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting network & server systems at corporate offices and boutiques
• Help with scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for devices and IT systems under supervision
• Support the IT team in communication with stakeholders and vendors
• Participate in vendor coordination activities, such as hardware inventory and service requests
• Assist in infrastructure projects, including new store openings, system upgrades, and migrations when required
• Support Point-of-Sale (POS) installation and deployment activities across locations
• Learn and contribute to global/regional knowledge exchange programs, adopting best practices as guided by senior team members
• Help maintain documentation of infrastructure assets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in communicating planned maintenance & outages to business users and stakeholders
• Support asset tagging, alert monitoring & backup readiness.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, including networking, operating systems, and hardware
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take direction from senior team members
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and with diverse business groups.
