Zoho Developer & IT Support Full Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, API integrations, and business process optimization.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements and implement scalable Zoho-based solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop IT support and technical assistance to internal users for Zoho applications and related systems.
• Troubleshoot user issues, system errors, access problems, and application performance concerns.
• Coordinate with users to resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues efficiently.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and other Zoho products.
• Create and optimize workflows, blueprints, automation rules, and custom functions using Deluge scripting.
• Design and implement API integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems.
• Build custom modules, reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho platforms.
• Analyze business processes and recommend Zoho-based solutions for automation and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and management to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support and training when required.
• Stay updated with new Zoho features, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or Zoho Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is preferred.
• Familiarity with business automation and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
