About The Project

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operations Support Specialist in Chennai to support the ongoing development of our local operations.

In this role, you will combine hands-on customer service responsibilities with operational and organizational support, playing an important part in the day-to-day functioning and further development of our locations.

Your role

• Coordinate and plan language courses and programs
• Assist in organizing and scheduling school offerings
• Supporting day-to-day operations and administrative processes
• Acting as a local point of contact and supporting the establishment & development
• Assisting with coordination tasks, communication, and internal workflows
• Supporting the implementation of operational processes and structures on site

Your profile

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in operations or project coordination
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Based in Chennai
